NXP’s MIMX8MD6CVAHZAA is an embedded microprocessor designed for use in a variety of applications, including multimedia, printing, imaging, and storage. The core of this processor is ARM’s Cortex-A9 processor, a high-performance, low-power, and featured-rich CPU with out-of-order execution, advanced image and media processing instructions, a 32-bit memory interface, and more.

The MIMX8MD6CVAHZAA combines the Cortex-A9 core with a rich set of integrated peripherals, memory controllers, and other IP blocks, making it a versatile SoC for embedded applications. The processor includes two power domains: a power-optimized core complex (CCU) and a power-efficient IO complex (IOC).
