MINI51FDE

MINI51FDE is a series of 8051 compatible low-power microcontrollers from Nuvoton, which are dedicated to targeting the applications that need high performance, low power consumption and a low profile package.

The design of MINI51FDE embeds 8k/16k EPROM/OTP/FLASH and 128/256/512 bytes RAM on chip.
