The MJL0302A of the BC800 series is a high voltage (200V) NPN Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) with high DC current gain, designed primarily for applications in Switching and Amplification circuits. It is integrated circuit compatible and is particularly suitable for switching high voltage applications.

The MJL0302A is most commonly used in the high voltage audio power amplifier applications due to its low collector-emitter saturation voltage and good current gain up to high voltage levels. It is also suitable for switching applications requiring high voltage input as it has a very low turn-on resistance.
