The design is also suitable for harsh industrial environments with a wide operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C. The MLH500PSL01A pressure sensor features an all-silicon construction, allowing for reliable operation even in high-temperature applications. The compensated pressure range of -60kPa to 60kPa provides a large range potential and the high accuracy of 0.1% maintains accuracy for precision measurements.The MLH500PSL01A pressure sensor also features a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for use in harsh environments. Furthermore, the operating voltage is 4.75V to 10.25Vdc and the quiescent current consumption is less than 0.2mA which makes it suitable for a wide range of applications.The MLH500PSL01A pressure sensor works on the principle of piezoresistive technology. It uses a silicon diaphragm and two sensing elements to generate an electrical signal in response to pressure. As the pressure changes, the diaphragm and the sensing elements deformation and the resistance of the sensing elements changes.
