The MP1477HGTF-Z is a high-performance synchronous buck regulator which operates in step-down, step-up, and charge-pump configuration. It provides excellent line and load regulation, high efficiency and ultra low noise for portable electronic applications. The MP1477HGTF-Z operates from input voltages up to 17V and delivers 360mA of continuous output current at up to 0.6V output voltage.

Working Principle

The MP1477HGTF-Z utilizes an advanced two-phase interleaved switching regulator architecture providing low noise and high output current. It integrates two synchronous phase-shifted controllers with minimum external components. It has adjustable frequency up to 4MHz, which allows the user to adjust the bandwidth and noise profile.
