MPAXC000 Application Field and Working Principle

The MPAXC000 is an intelligent, users programmable, self-powered and nonlinear panel meter liquid level sensor suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. It offers the flexibility to accurately measure fluid levels for tanks and vessels of varying sizes. The MPAXC000 is an accessory for panel meters which is capable of monitoring and automatically controlling fluid levels in applications such as tanks, vessels, piping systems, irrigation systems, production process systems, and other fluid systems.

The working principle of the MPAXC000 panel meter sensor is based on an intelligent algorithm which allows the user to accurately monitor and measure the liquid level in industrial tanks based on the input from a combination of preset parameters such as weight, pressure, temperature, and flow rate. The user is able to define the appropriate setpoint for each type of fluid, input the amount of fluid that should be present in the tank, and compare the actual fluid level with the setpoint. This information is sent to the panel meter which then sends an appropriate warning if the actual level is below or above the setpoint.
