MPAXS010 Application Field and Working Principle

The MPAXS010 is a Panel Meters - Accessories Digital Voltage Meter. It operates at a voltage range of 24VDC or more and produces an output signal that is adjustable over a wide range to meet the needs of various applications. It is designed for a wide range of industrial applications including power monitoring, motor control, process control and fire protection.

The MPAXS010 has a total of four control relays to provide the user with the flexibility to switch and adjust the meter to meet their needs. It also offers an “Auto-Detect” feature that allows the user to choose whether they would like the meter to detect the input voltage automatically. This ensures a consistent input voltage to the meter, allowing for an accurate and reliable output.

Its adjustable sensitivity enables the MPAXS010 to detect and respond to various AC and DC voltages in a variety of ranges. It is designed to operate in three (3) main modes: Single, Range and Current. In Single mode, the MPAXS010 is designed to measure a single point voltage; in Range mode, the MPAXS010 can be set to respond to a voltage range; and in Current mode, the MPAXS010 will provide the user with the ability to measure the current across the meter.

The MPAXS010 is a reliable and cost effective way to measure and monitor AC and DC voltages in industrial applications. Its compact size and durable construction make it an ideal solution for a wide variety of applications. The user will also appreciate its ability to accurately monitor and control the voltage range, sensitivity, and current.

The working principle of the MPAXS010 is based on the resistive sensor in its measuring circuit. A resistive element is connected to the circuit between the power supply and the output circuit. When AC or DC voltages are applied to the circuit, the resistive element will resist the flow of current. The amount of current that can flow through the circuit is then determined by the amount of resistance presented by the resistive element.

The voltage dropped across this resistive element is then applied as an analog signal to a processor that will analyze the data and convert it to digital form. This allows the MPAXS010 to accurately measure the AC or DC voltage present in the circuit and provide the user with an adjustable output signal to meet their application needs.
