MPC93H51ACR2

MPC93H51ACR2 is a single-chip CMOS clock generator/synthesizer with programmable frequency and output control. It is designed specifically for low frequency clocks, such as general system timing and real-time clock applications. This clock generator/synthesizer is an analog/digital mixed-signal integrated circuit consisting of an oscillator core, reference clock input, and I/O block. The oscillator core consists of a temperature compensated reference X1 oscillator, AC-LF amplifier, voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) and power amplifier circuit.
