Floating gate MOSFET (FGMOS, also known as MTGF1) is a type of MOSFET with a non-conductive, electrically chargeable floating gate. The floating gate MOSFET has been widely used in low-power integrated circuits for many years due to its its low power consumption and low voltage requirements.
