The MURT30005 is a rectifier diodes array comprised of five discrete silicon diodes in a single 35Vdrms-rated diode array package. The diode array package is configured in a dipol-basis with four diodes, and the fifth diode connected between the two halves to provide a common Return path. This provides a compact, low-profile and cost-effective solution for general purpose rectification, compared to using separate discrete diodes.
The MURT30005 rectifier diodes array is available in both a SMT and SL package. The SL package has four diodes connected in series in a single diode array package, with a common Return path being provided and the fifth diode being connected between the two halves.
