MX7828KCWI+ is an analog to digital converter (ADC) that combines the advantages of both Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and analog technology in order to create a high-performance data acquisition system. The device is a 32-bit, 10-bit, 12-Bit, 8-Bit, Up to 26 bit Digital to Analog Converter (DAC). The device is specifically designed to provide a high-performance solution for real-time data acquisition and is capable of meeting the requirements of a variety of applications in the industrial, aerospace and defense, communication, automotive, and scientific fields.The MX7828KCWI+ has three main components, the analog-to-digital converter (ADC), the digital-to-analog converter (DAC), and the FPGA logic engine. The ADC is a monolithic 12-bit ADC with a 500 kSPS maximum sampling rate. It has a 16-bit effective resolution, low noise, and wide dynamic range. The ADC also features a programmable gain-of-one notched filter that supports signal filtering up to 10 MHz. The ADC provides a wide frequency response (-3 dB at 1 Hz and 37 MHz) and a low signal-to-noise ratio of -82 dBc/Hz at 5 MHz.The DAC is an 8-bit, variable range digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with an adjustable gain output. The DAC provides up to 26-bit resolution with a frequency response of -3 dB at 1 Hz and 70 MHz. The device also includes a programmable gain-of-one notched filter that supports signal filtering up to 40 MHz.The FPGA logic engine of the MX7828KCWI+ is responsible for the data acquisition and control functions.
