The MXLRT100KP85A is a bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode, manufactured with Zener Technology. This diode provides the ideal ESD protection for high speed CMOS, ASICs, MOSFET gate drivers, and other digital and mixed-signal circuits. This rating enables the device to withstand energy up to 100A peak pulse current with lower clamping voltage and fast response time.
Application Field
The MXLRT100KP85A is designed for overvoltage protection in many electronic applications. These include 5V power supply lines, non-overlapping DC-DC converters, motor control circuits, high speed I/Os, battery interface protection, video data lines, and a variety of other digital and mixed-signal circuits.
