The NANO103SD3AN is a 6-axis motion control and high-precision inclination detection module based on the STM32F103 microcontroller from STMicroelectronics. It integrates high-performance triaxial acceleration sensors, triaxial angular rate gyroscopes, and digital signal processors. The compensated calibrated real-time temperature sensor, the horizontal operation can reach ±1° (reach 0.1°), and the signal resolution can reach 0.03°, which is the best in the industry. It is widely used in unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned ground vehicles, unmanned surface vessels, service robots and other fields.
Application Field
The NANO103SD3AN is widely used in fields such as UAVs, UGVs, USVs, and service robots. In UAVs, it can be used to detect attitude information and perform more accurate attitude control of aircraft. Working Principle
The NANO103SD3AN adopts high-precision sensing technology and uses an embedded SCM + four-element acceleration sensor + three-axis angular rate gyroscope to measure and calculate the attitude angle of the device in motion. In the motion state, the attitude angle is calculated by triaxial attitude transformation method, and the high-precision temperature compensation circuit is used to accurately compensate the temperature changes of the angular rate gyroscope.
The NANO103SD3AN uses an embedded high-performance MCU as the core processor. According to the rate sensor (three-axis angular rate gyro) and acceleration sensor (four-dimensional acceleration sensor) data collected by the system, carry out attitude angle calculation, and perform inclination detection, pulse output, quaternion output and other functions to realize high-precision and high-sensitivity motion control and orientation detection.
The NANO103SD3AN uses advanced motion detection processing technology such as Kalman filter, servo motor error calibration, etc., to reduce the control system\'s attitude angle offset, gyro drift and other factors, and perform relative compensation and correction on the attitude angle data, thereby accurately obtaining the attitude angle of the device, and improving the stability of platform control and detecting the accuracy of flat.
