NANO110SE3BN is a versatile 8-bit microcontroller with a variety of integrated peripherals that can be used in a wide range of applications. It is based on the most advanced 8051 core architecture with more on-chip flash and SRAM, allowing faster program access and greater design flexibility. It provides interrupt management and system clock control functions, as well as an embedded 10/100 Ethernet MAC and two 16-bit high-speed timer capture and compare units. NANO110SE3BN is ideally suited for industrial automation, medical and consumer applications.
The comprehensive peripheral set is complimented with a fully featured NANO110SE3BN Core which includes a power-saving mode and an internal 8051 CPU at up to 50MHz. It provides flash program memory of up to 256KB, 32KB SRAM, a wide set of on-chip peripherals such as two 16-bit timer/counters, an 8-channel 10-bit ADC, an Ethernet MAC and two UARTs. The integrated Ethernet MAC allows users to develop their own applications over a network.
The Clock Controller (CCU) module provides a highly reliable and accurate clock source for the whole chip by using external resonators or crystals, giving it a temperature prescaler for enhanced accuracy. The peripheral set is further optimized to reduce power consumption and minimize system clock load. It also supports auto calibration for fast system initialization.
NANO110SE3BN also supports a wide range of development tools such as Keil, IAR and TASKING, as well as ARM® core designs, enabling the development of powerful and low power applications. The development tools are bundled with NANO110SE3BN board, making development faster and easier. Additional peripherals are also available in optional packages to further extend the range of supported applications.
The NANO110SE3BN architecture is designed to minimize power consumption and maximize data throughput. It uses a two stage pipelining architecture that enables the simultaneous instruction execution to reduce power consumption and increase system performance. The algorithms and techniques used to ensure maximum throughput also reduce power consumption.
NANO110SE3BN also provides a rich set of debug features such as real-time trace, breakpoints and watchpoints for debugging and locating errors in application program codes. The debugging can be done over JTAG, reducing development time. The integrated Power-On-Chip (POC) feature allows user applications to run without waiting for the system clock to be initialized.
NANO110SE3BN is designed for a wide range of applications, from industrial control and automation to medical and consumer devices. It is suitable for applications that require fast system performance, low power consumption and high reliability.
