In operation, NCP1230P65G acts as a regulating current source synchronous flyback controller. The maximum operating frequency is 500 kHz, allowing for superior efficiency and a compact design. The internal current sense amplifier provides a programming range from 0.5A to 16A, and a peak current of 28A. The output voltage is adjustable from a maximum of 65V, with a voltage feedback pin for external voltage sensing.
