The NCP154MX300300TAG is a 2-channel low input voltage linear regulator from ON Semiconductor. It is a low-cost, small-outline, highly efficient and green package solution for various applications. This regulator is a monolithic device designed as an integrated power regulator solution with and uses a fixed output voltage of 3.3V. It features an extremely low quiescent current of 7.5mA and a wide input voltage range of 6V to 24V making it a suitable device for portable devices and battery powered systems.The NCP154MX300300TAG is the first linear regulator to be designed with Advanced Voltage Tracking technology. This technology increases system efficiency while maintaining a constant output voltage, significantly reducing heat in the application, reducing power consumption and providing a longer battery life.In addition to its impeccable performance, the NCP154MX300300TAG also features a no-load power consumption of 0.35mW and an output voltage accuracy of 0.7V across the full operating temperature range.
