NCP380HSN10AAT1G is an automotive reset, discharge, temperature and supply monitoring family of system low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulators with an integrated voltage supervisor. It is designed to provide optimal reliability, automotive protection levels and over-temperature protection (OTP) for your system and integrated circuits. This device is well-suited for low-voltage automotive-grade applications, and is capable of operating from a wide input voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V with a quiescent current of 8.5μA. It is integrated with a Switching FET, which helps minimize component count and simplifies power management design. This device helps reduce power consumption, enhance system reliability and provide improved thermal stability.
