It is a precision high-side load switch designed for providing a low-resistance path between a system power and ground rail. This switching/protection device supports up to a 100 mA maximum continuous current and features a low-voltage dropout (LDO) rail for post-regulation of a 5.0 V to allow an efficiently regulated supply.
