NCP6131NS52MNR2G is a high-voltage FET-type regulator integrated circuit designed to provide a single output voltage bias rail for 1A of continuous load current. Working Principle

NCP6131NS52MNR2G is a voltage regulator integrated circuit which relies on a FET for voltage regulation. A feedback pin is present to close the loop between the output voltage and the regulation loading. Soft start prevents the output voltage from going to a high value during the first power-up stage.
