NCp6335DFCCT1G is a switching field effect transistor (FET) device which is used as a low-voltage active-clamp DC-DC voltage regulator. It is widely used for providing an improved solution for power management in a variety of applications. This device is available in -20 to +85 C temperature range.

Generally, the NCP6335DFCCT1G consists of two power MOSFETs, two current sense resistors, two voltage sense resistors and two charge sharing resistors.
