The NCV51411DR2 is a single-channel, step-downswitch mode voltage regulator from ON semiconductor. It is a DC-DC switching regulator which is integrated with a highly integrated switching power supply controller, comprising an internal MOSFET, voltage feedback comparator, UVLO comparator, under voltage protection circuit, current limit protection function, thermal shutdown circuit and fault protection circuit. It is available in an 8-pin SOIC and TSSOP package options.
