NCV6334BMTAATBG is a monolithic switching regulator designed for the cost-sensitive applications where efficiency, space and stability are important concerns. Unlike linear regulators, which use linear control to provide a relatively low-efficiency constant-voltage output supply, this device is a DC-DC switching regulator that combines the on-board power MOSFET, current limit circuitry and output voltage regulation circuitry.
