Working Principle

The NJM12903M series works by comparing the voltage of its two inputs, VIN and VOUT. When VIN is greater than VOUT, the output of the comparator will switch to a high logic level. Conversely, when VOUT is greater than VIN, the output of the comparator will switch to a low logic level.
