Working Principle

The NLHV3157NDFT2G is composed of four independent single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch channels. Each channel contains two N-channel MOSFETs that are controlled by a digital input signal. The digital control signal will, in turn, control the flow of the power signals between two power nodes. When the digital control signal is low, one of the N-channel MOSFETs is connected to the power signal, and the other is connected to the ground. This will cause the power signal to be routed to ground. When the digital control signal is high, the other N-channel MOSFET is connected to the power signal, and the other is connected to ground.
