NSR352 application field and working principle

Thyristors - SCRs are three-terminal, bidirectional devices which block the current flowing in the reverse direction and allow current to flow in the normal direction when triggered. This will also cause the current to flatten, indicating that the NSR352 is preventing the current from increasing.NSR352 is mainly used in applications such as domestic lighting, low voltage inverters, electronic ballasts, AC/DC converters, and motor speed control. In these applications, NSR352 is used as a switch which can be used to regulate the current flow, such as turning a motor on or off.
