The NTS260SFT3G is a single-phase, glass passivated junction, low VF fast-recovery rectifier with an integrated soft-recovery avalanche energy limitation feature intended for reliable operation in high current and high temperature industrial applications.

The NTS260SFT3G offers a combination of fast switching and soft recovery avalanche energy limitation that helps reduce EMI noise and eliminates snubbers. It is well-suited for high power applications such as welding, medical, power supplies and motor drives. It features a low forward voltage drop (VF) of 1.2 V at 2A and an optimized reverse recovery time of 25ns.
