NTSV20100CTG is a diode array developed by NEMAX Technologies. It is suitable for electronic power modules and industrial electronic devices. Working Principle

The NTSV20100CTG consists of four bipolar transistors and two integrated diodes assembled in a surface mount package. The NEMAX numeric code represents the package, transistor and diode types. The device can be used in any circuit up to 100A with a form factor of up to 10A.

NTSV20100CTG can be used with a wide range of power sources, including AC/DC, DC only and AC/AC. The controlling of the device is achieved by controlling the DC voltage and current. The device works with a wide range of voltages, up to 40V AC/DC and 15V AC/AC.

The core of the assembly is the integrated diode array and it controls the current flow direction and voltage polarity. The diode array internally performs rectifying and stabilizing the raw AC/DC power signal.
