TVS – Thyristors are solid-state devices, widely used in industrial applications, which provide the highest level of efficient protection against transients or sudden voltage fluctuation and enable safe and reliable operation of electric equipment. The NTVB270SC-L is a specific type of TVS - Thyristor device, which has a wide range of applications and working principles.

NTVB270SC-L is a high speed, low capacitance, bidirectional thyristor (transient voltage suppression) device with a maximum permissible peak power of 270 W.
