They are also capable of responding to changes in temperature in less than 1 second, making them well suited for fast response applications.Working PrincipleThe OHD1-75M thermostat consists of a bimetallic strip, a thermocouple, and thermistor. When the temperature changes the bimetallic strip bends which in turn triggers the other two components into action. The thermocouple senses the temperature of the bimetallic strip and produces an output voltage. The output voltage is then converted to a temperature by the thermistor. The thermistor is also able to detect when the temperature reaches a certain preset level. When this level is reached, the output voltage is sent to the control circuitry and the appropriate action is taken. The OHD1-75M thermostat is a highly accurate and reliable device which is commonly used in industry for precise temperature control.
