OPA2344EA/2K5G4 Working Principle

The OPA2344EA/2K5G4 operates according to differential input and output principle. It consists of a quad-channel amplifier with independent positive and negative inputs. Each input stage is composed of differential amplifier operating with high input impedance and rail-to-rail common mode range.This amplifier has low offset voltage and wide common mode range, allowing the outputs of each channel to swing rail-to-rail. The OPA2344EA/2K5G4 does not utilize any degeneration compensation and provides high open-loop gain and low distortion for accurate conversion of small signals. Each channel is capable of driving a load of up to 500mA, and the trip current is set to 50mA.The inverting and non-inverting inputs contain an amplifier stage with an input offset voltage of 25mV maximum and an offset voltage drift of 5µV/mV. The inputs have a high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) to minimize the effects of noise and interference. The output contains an emitter-follower stage with an output impedance of 25Ω. Additionally, the OPA2344EA/2K5G4 has a power-down mode that allows standby current of just 26µA per channel.The OPA2344EA/2K5G4 has a GBP of 5MHz and a low quiescent current of 0.8mA. With its low power consumption, this amplifier is ideal for battery-powered applications. It also has a wide common-mode input range of -6V to +6V.
