The OPA333AIDR is a low-noise, high-speed operational amplifier with voltage-feedback topology. Developed specifically to meet the stringent requirements of high-speed, high-resolution signal processing applications, the OPA333AIDR is an ideal choice for medical imaging, test and measurement, communications, and data acquisition systems.

The OPA333AIDR is designed to offer high-efficiency and superior performance. Its integrated voltage-feedback architecture combines a controlled input common-mode range with a wide-bandwidth, low-offset-voltage amplifier. The result is a low-noise, high-speed amplifier with a high slew-rate of 257V/μs, a large output voltage swing of ±15V, and very low output-referred linear distortion of 0.004%.

The OPA333AIDR features include a high-power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) that provides superior performance in noise-sensitive applications, a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, and an ultra-low input bias current of 400pA, making it ideal for low-level signal processing. Additionally, the OPA333AIDR has a closed-loop Gain Bandwidth Product of 5MHz, low noise of 10.8pA/√Hz and an input-referred Offset Voltage of 2.5mV, allowing for maximized noise reduction and signal integrity.

The OPA333AIDR also features a temperature-compensated, precision exponent for improved robustness over temperature, as well as on-chip thermal shut-down protection. Additionally, the OPA333AIDR is pin-out compatible with the OPA333IDR and OPA333IDR-Q1, providing an easy transition to the higher performance and higher density package.

The OPA333AIDR is optimized for applications requiring low power consumption and wide operating temperature ranges.
