The workingprinciple of the ORNTA5002CT1 is based on the use of four resistors in a two-resistor network. The 4-resistor network of the ORNTA5002CT1 is made up of two parallel resistors connected to twoseries resistors. The two parallel resistors are then connected to the node-pair in anL-configuration, so that only one of the two parallel resistors is connected directly to the node-pair,while the other is connected to the input/output.

In the ORNTA5002CT1, the ratio of these two resistors is adjusted in order to accuratelymatch the desired impedance.
