The synchronous RAM includes up to 12.7 billion bits of Synchronous FIFO, up to 2.4 billion bits of Dual-Port RAM, up to 2TB SRAM, and up to 4TB of Distributed RAM. The asynchronous RAM contains up to 6 terabit Asynchronous FIFO and up to 1 terabit of True Dual-Port RAM. The ORT82G5-2F680C also has a wide variety of I/O options, including up to 1024 LVDS, up to 192 LVCMOS pins, and up to 384 differential IOs.
In addition to its programmable logic, the ORT82G5-2F680C can employ complex algorithms in its DSPs, providing significant performance increases for computationally-intensive applications. The DSPs feature up to 96 independent 16-bit MACs, up to 1536 16-bit ALUs and up to 48 16-bit multipliers. The ORT82G5-2F680C can also be employed in a wide variety of communications applications, including up to 16 high-speed transceivers, up to 20Gb/s of SERDES bandwidth, and up to 6.56Gb/s of PCI Express bandwidth.
