TVS - Diodes

The P4KE9.1 is a high-voltage transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode commonly used in automotive applications. The P4KE9.1 has an Reverse Stand-Off Voltage (the maximum voltage is can withstand) of 9.1V and a Breakdown Voltage (the lowest voltage at which the device starts conducting current) of 10.2V. The device also has a Power Dissipation rating of 700W (which gives it a Peak Pulse Power rating of 1.4kW).
