PAM2307AJEADJR is a DC/DC switching regulator integrated circuit. It is a fully capable USP compliant buck converter with 2A output current capability and 48V input voltage capability. The device integrates two modes of operation, fixed switching frequency and light load operation, the later allowing for energy savings at low output current demands. The device’s output voltage is adjustable between 1.8V and 4.2V, and its switching frequency can be configured up to 2MHz. The PAM2307AJEADJR is targeted at data converters, Base Station PA and RF amplifiers, transmit/receive SEMS, as well as other low power applications. It is also used to power low voltage processors in desktop and laptop computers and other types of electronic devices. The features of PAM2307AJEADJR are very attractive, as they enable the device to operate with high efficiency and reliable performance. The device integrates a wide range of features, such as a low power sleep mode, current protection and output voltage range of 1.8V to 4.2V.
