PCA9306FMUTCG

PCA9306FMUTCG is a series of single channel dual voltage bidirectional level shifters or translators, with two selectable voltage inputs per channel. It is designed to operate with two supply voltages, the lower one between 1.2 V and 3.6 V, and the higher one between 2.5 V and 5.5 V, and is qualified for automotive temperature grades of -40 °C to +125 °C.

Working Principle

The PCA9306FMUTCG features two selectable input/output voltage pairs, each pair with separate enable pins for bidirectional logic transfers. The translation process is done within a time delay of about 25ns.
