The PI4ULS3V16ZFE logic translator/level shifter is designed to provide bidirectional voltage level shifting between standard logic families such as between 3.3V and 1.5V.The device features a high-speed non-inverting circuit topology providing bidirectional voltage translation with a low propagation delay and ultralow quiescent power. It is capable of converting a 3.3V logic level input (VCCA) to a 1.5V logic output (VCCB) while maintaining an output low-level voltage to less than 0.5V at VCCB=1.2V. By utilizing internal series termination resistors, the PI4ULS3V16ZFE device also eliminates the need for external termination resistors.
