The PI4ULS3V204LEX is a voltage translator with a 3V input threshold voltage to 5V translation. It is a low-voltage single-supply translator and is used to accommodate the different interface requirements between two digital systems. Its maximum input spec of 4V-5V allows it to be operated without issue when buffered with popular 3V digital buffer products.

Its configurable channel parameters support a number of application-specific needs such as bidirectional or unidirectional data flow, slew-rate control, and overshoot alignment. With lower enable input current than the popular PI4ULS3V2Lx series, these devices enable greater power savings and longer battery life.
