The PI5A121BCEX is a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) CMOS analog switch / multiplexer / demultiplexer. Its sub-micron complementary MOS (CMOS) technology provides high speed and low power characteristics suitable for signal routing, data acquisition and data bus switching.
