PI6CV304LE

PI6CV304LE is a high-speed, low-power, low-voltage CMOS 3.3V Clock Driver that provides 6 loads with equal and controlled rise and fall times. It is designed for modern high-speed systems, such as clock distribution requirements in PCs, ASICs, DSPs and PLDs. The PI6CV304LE is designed to drive high-speed logic such as DDR/DDR2 SDRAM, QDR interfaces and other related technologies such as PCI Express. The PI6CV304LE is pin and functionally compatible with the popular low voltage BCLK buffer (PI6C108, PI6C109 and PI6C203). It has wide operating supply voltage range from 2.5V to 3.3V and can switch up to 800MHz clock signal.The PI6CV304LE sports 6 active clock outputs. It has optimal output waveform skew that is carefully controlled over the entire operating temperature range and over a wide temperature range. The outputs also exhibit low additive jitter. The PI6CV304LE is powered by a standard 3.3V voltage supply, and provides differential and single-ended outputs, available with different skew and jitter performance options while maintaining high output SNR. In fact, the PI6CV304LE provides up to 95dB of noise suppression in its differential signaling mode, making it an ideal solution for high-speed clock signals. The PI6CV304LE also feature an onboard oscillator with a precision frequency control range from 16MHz to 800MHz, allowing the user to optimize the frequency of the output signals to their application needs. Furthermore, the power savings mode enables the user to easily switch the outputs between active and standby modes. The PI6CV304LE is designed for robust signal integrity, stability and uniformity. The flexible IO architecture also allows for the outputs to be arranged in both single-ended outputs and differential outputs. The device also features low additive jitter, high noise suppression and low power consumption in order to ensure the highest quality and reliability.
