The PIC16F1619-E/SS is a low-power, 8-bit flash microcontroller from Microchip Technology that is a member of the PIC16 family of enhanced Microchip 8-bit MCUs and is optimized for low-power, low-cost and low pin count operations. It is aimed at providing customer solutions for embedded and control applications, such as in home automation, industrial automation and power management.The PIC16F1619-E/SS is based on an 8-bit Flash MCU architecture, which is an improvement over the traditional registers and memory architecture. This MCU also has a multi-layer bus architecture and an instruction set designed for reduced power consumption. It also has a powerful software instruction set which includes three stack addressing modes, nine different addressing modes and thirty-two bit arithmetic operations.PIC16F1619-E/SS MCU also has a program memory and data memory size of 32K bytes each, plus 2K bytes of RAM. This MCU also features 10-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital (A/D) converters which support up to eight analog input pins and eight output pins. This also features an integrated stand-alone oscillator circuit for generating precision time and for peripheral clock operation.The working principle of PIC16F1619-E/SS is based on the same principles as other PIC MCUs.
