PMIC Gate Drivers have been used in a variety of applications, such as power management and motor control. The PM8834 is a high-performance gate driver specially designed for controlling high-side and low-side power MOSFET and IGBT switches. This gate driver IC is designed to provide accurate gate driving capability, high switching speeds and high dv/dt immunity.
