PQ015ENA1ZPH is an advanced linear voltage regulator that is capable of efficiently delivering low output voltages ranging from 0.9V to 6V and capable of driving up to 1.5A of load current which makes it ideal for up-scaling a wide range of power systems. This voltage regulator provides a low noise solution to power management applications such as microprocessors, DDR memory, battery chargers, interface power supply, mobile handsets and other types of consumer product power supply applications.
