Successful power management ensures a device runs without interruption, is reliable and consumes as little energy as possible.PMICs are based on two distinct application fields: Voltage Regulators and Non-Volatile Memory Controllers. Voltage Regulators deal with providing and regulating power supply and voltage to circuits within an electronic device. Non-Volatile Memory Controllers are used to provide and control all non-volatile memory devices.The PQ018EZ02ZZH belongs to the Voltage Regulators category and it is a linear, step-down DC-DC converter. It is designed to convert an input voltage between 1.8V and 5V to an output voltage from 0.96V to 3.3V.
