PQ018EH01ZPH has adjustable output voltage, which offers a wide range of values. This makes it possible to design power systems with flexible output voltages according to the application needs. In addition to that, PQ018EH01ZPH provides a large output current with Wide Input Voltage Range from 0.9V to 5.5V.
The main application field of PQ018EH01ZPH is for various communication system, for components life-time extension and for low power consumption applications. PQ018EH01ZPH provides a regulated power supply to improve the output signal from a component, or to extend a component’s lifetime, thus it can be used in all applications where DC-DC converter solutions are difficult to apply.

PQ018EH01ZPH Working Principle
The LDO regulator core of PQ018EH01ZPH consists of an adjustable high-precision precision reference module, an error amplifier, and an output transistor. The integrated circuit controls the transistor to work in a linear mode, regulating the overall output voltage. This process is done by measuring the output voltage by the optimized error amplifier and comparing the reading to the reference voltage, then allowing or denying the gate voltage on the output transistor to achieve the desired voltage.
The reference voltage module of PQ018EH01ZPH regulators provides stable, temperature and line compensation of the output voltage level. The reference voltage level is made adjustable externally, allowing for desired outputs ranging from 1.2V to 5V depending on the application.
Thanks to an external bypass capacitor, PQ018EH01ZPH can supply the increased output current temporarily, ensuring that the output voltage continuously follows the reference voltage in order to reduce output power ripple. In addition, PQ018EH01ZPH offers wide operating temperature range, with working status being maintained up to 125 Celsius degree.
