The PT4242C is a non-isolated, fixed step-up synchronous buck converter, operating at high efficiency and fast transient response. The operating frequency of the up/down-modulated switch is typically 300KHz, with a minimum down-switch ON-time of 45ns and a ramp current limit of 200mA.
