The PT4401N is a DC/DC buck converter with variable speed frequency and average current mode control.

The PT4401N offers a wide input voltage range from 6V to 30V, wide output voltage range from 0.8V to 19V, maximum output current of 5A, switching frequency of 800KHz, high switching efficiency up to 90%. It also provides external synchronous rectification control, constant on time control, current limit, and adjustable frequency regulation.
