The PT7M7811TTBEX is one such supervisor designed to offer a large range of power management capabilities in a single chip. This IC integrates a power supervisory, plus configurable voltage monitor, ±16V high-voltage regulator detection, multiple power supply voltage monitoring functions and adjustable I2C V_IO output. It is well-suited for a wide array of application fields, from automotive and consumer applications to industrial use cases.

PT7M7811TTBEX is a power supervisor with 2 power supplies and 2 power rails that inputs a low voltage supply to generate 4 regulated output voltages. The main features of this IC include two over-voltage (OV) protections, two under-voltage (UV) protections, two over-current (OC) protections,and two hardware reset outputs. It is a 2.5/3.3V, TTL-compatible, 16-pin DIP package with 1.8V-5V supply voltage range, -18V-85C operating temperature range, and 1.5uA max operating current.
