The PVI5013RSPBF is a Photovoltaic Output Transistor Optoisolator that has a Vishay Semiconductor\'s PVI5213RS plastic photovoltaic output transistor optocoupler. The PVI5013RSPBF features a two-channel phototransistor optocoupler pair with no jitter and may be used for signal isolation in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.

This optoisolator uses a photovoltaic cell to activate the transfer of electrical signals in an isolated region. The photovoltaic cell of this optoisolator comprises an LED (light emitting diode) encased in a plastic housing, with a glass window to allow the passage of light.
