The PVI5050NS optoisolator has a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and it can withstand a maximum input voltage of 8.85V and a maximum output voltage of 8.5V. The optoisolator is also UL recognized and offers a dynamic resistance of 200Ω and earthing resistance of 10Ω. The component is encased in a 6-pin DIP package which allows it to be mounted directly on the printed circuit board.

The PVI5050NS optoisolator also offers a high level of isolation (3KVAC operating voltage) which ensures that the device will work properly even in hostile electrical and environmental conditions. Additionally, the optocoupler has low input and output capacitance which eliminates the need for an external bypass capacitor. It offers a high switching speed of up to 12KHz and low power dissipation of only 400mW.
